Another month down, another batch of finished products! It's becoming pleasant doing this post monthly! So let's see what products gave their last breath drop in my hands throughout May!

După cum ați văzut pe pagina de Facebook, caut să îmbunătățesc conținutul de pe blog, deci azi testez o rubrică nouă. „Last drop of the month” este rubrica pe care ați votat-o într-un număr majoritar (dintre cei 8 care ați votat *sad trombone* - hint, încă puteți să îmi oferiți sugestii despre ce vreți să vedeți pe blogul meu).
As I said on Facebook, I am looking to make my blog content better, so today I'm testing a new section on my blog. "Last drop of the month" is the section that was voted by the majority (out of 8 voters *sad trombone* - still, you can give suggestions as to what you want to read here.)
În cadrul acestei rubrici, vă voi prezenta, la sfârșitul fiecărei luni, produsele pe care le termin în luna respectivă, le voi da o notă și voi menționa dacă le mai cumpăr sau nu și de ce.
In this section I will show you, at the end of every month (hence the name of the section) what products I have finished that month. I will grade them and I will tell you if I intend on repurchasing them or not and why.


1. Avon Senses Hollywood Starlet Body Scrub.

notă: 5/10
Preț: 7 lei (redus, în catalog)
Partea bună e că nu a fost deloc sparkling, mă speriasem că ar avea sclipici în el când l-am primit :)) Înafară de asta nu mi se pare cu nimic special. Nu am simțit că pielea mea este cu mult mai fină și deci nu îl voi recumpăra. Prefer să folosesc scruburile de corp home made.

Price: 7 lei (~$2) (on sale, in the Avon catalogue)
The good part is that it wasn't sparkling like it says, I was afraid when I got it that it would have sparkles in it. Besides that, this scrub is nothing special. I didn't feel any improvement in my skin's smoothness so I will not repurchase it. I'd much rather use a home made body scrub.






2. Cosmetic Plant Q10 and green tea cleansing milk

Preț: 12 lei
L-am redescoperit pierdut în dulap după ce i-am făcut review, și mi-am pus în cap să îl termin. Spre deosebire de luna octombrie când am publicat review-ul, în lunile calde nu mi-am mai simțit fața cum o făcea atunci, probabil din cauză că secreția de sebum este mai mare vara. La ochi nu l-am mai folosit din frică să nu mă irite. De cumpărat nu cred că am să îl mai cumpăr, pentru că nu e destinat tipului meu de ten, însă consider că poate fi un demachiant potrivit persoanelor cu ten mixt sau normal.

I rediscovered this one a while after I had written a review on it and I set my mind to finishing it. Unlike in October, when I published the review, in the warmer summer months this didn't dry out my skin as it did back then, maybe because my skin tends to get a little more oily in the summer. I din't use it on the eyes though because I was afraid it would irritate my eyes like the last time. I don't think I will repurchase it simply because it is not adequate for my skin type, however I do believe that it can be a good cleansing milk for people with normal or combination skin. 


3. Herbal Essences Uplifting Volume

Preț: 9-10 lei
Din păcate este cel mai prost șampon pentru volum pe care l-am încercat vreodată. Am renunțat a-l folosi când am ajuns pe la jumătatea flaconului și am văzut că pe lângă faptul că nu îmi oferă absolut deloc volum, îmi face și mătreață. Așa că l-am păstrat pentru spălatul pensulelor. Acum e gata și de-acolo și în mod sigur nu o să îl recumpăr. Nu mi-a făcut nimic din ce promitea, înafara faptului că spăla părul și făcea săpunele. Din punctul meu de vedere, a fost o investiție proastă.

Unfortunately this is the worst volumising shampoo I have ever tried. I stopped using it when the bottle was half empty and I realised that I had no volume from it but plenty of dandruff. So I kept it for washing my brushes. Now it's all gone and I do not indent on repurchasing it ever again. It didn't do anything it said, besides making bubbles and washing my hair. From my point of view, this was a bad investment.


4. Rexona Fresh spray deodorant

Preț: 10 lei (Kaufland)
Rexona face deodorantele mele preferate. Pentru că am nenorocul să transpir destul de tare la axilă, am nevoie de o protecție destul de ridicată. Și deși continui să transpir (ceea ce este normal, deodorantele NU trebuie să oprească de tot transpirația, aceasta fiind necesară echilibrării temperaturii corpului), transpir mai puțin, iar deodorantul elimină mirosul (care intervine în urma contactului transpirației inodore cu bacteriile de pe piele). După cum îi zice și numele, are un parfum fresh, care mie-mi place enorm. Este foarte posibil să îl recumpăr însă în momentul de față am un tub de Rexona Cotton ultra dry de terminat (alt preferat al meu).

Rexona (Sure in the UK) is one of my favourite deodorant brands. Because I have a tendency to sweat a lot, I need a high protection. So, even though I keep sweating (which is normal, deodorants DON'T need to stop the sweat, this is normal for balancing the body's temperature), I do sweat less, and the deodorant eliminates the odor (which is a result of the sweat being decomposed by the bacteria on the skin) . Like the name says, this has a fresh perfume, which I love. It is very likely to buy this again, but right now I still have a bottle of Rexona Cotton Ultra dry to finish (another favourite of mine).


5. Avon Supershock Gel Eyeliner Pencil

Preț: 10 lei (redus)
Aș putea zice că nu l-am terminat, pentru că mină mai este cât se vede..dar fiindcă tot iese din creion și pentru că începe să devină uscată, am decis să spun stop. Ador acest creion atât de mult încât am rezerve :)) așa că nu îmi fac probleme când vine vorba de recumpărat. E moale, negru intens și se ascute. Nu-mi trebuie nimic mai mult, decât poate rezistență la apă.. dar e bun și fără. eu ador să îl întind pe ochi cu o pensulă angled, pentru că mi se pare că e prea moale să-l aplic direct și stric ori creionul ori machiajul. Dacă ar fi după mine l-aș numi cel mai bun produs Avon ever!

I could say I didn't finish it, because there's still product left, as you can see, but since it is out of the pencil it is harder to use and it is starting to dry out, so I decided to say I finished it. I absolutely LOVE this pencil so I actually have extras for this one :)) So i don't have to worry about repurchasing it. It is soft and intense black and it can be sharpened. I don't need nothing  else from it, except maybe for it to be waterproof.  I love to use to apply it with an angled brush  because it is too soft to apply it directly to my eye and I'd ruin my make up or the pencil itself. I'd dare to say this is the best product Avon has!


6. KG gel eyeliner


Notă: 5/10
Preț: ~15 lei
Nu l-am terminat, însă s-a uscat absolut complet la foarte putin timp după ce l-am desfăcut. Așa că am decis să îl arunc, dar o să păstrez pensulița că mi-a plăcut.
Nu consider că a avut calități extraordinare... nu a rezistat pe pleoapă, nu era negrul acela intens pe care îl căutam și s-a uscat mult prea repede. Pe lângă asta e exagerat de mic în comparație cu gel liner-ul ELF sau alte gel eyelinere. Cu siguranță nu îl voi recumpăra.

I didn't get to finish it because it dried out after a very short period of time, so I decided to throw it away, but I will keep the little brush, cause I liked it.
I don't think it had extraordinary qualities, it didn't stay on long, it wasan't the dark black I was looking for and it dried out way too quickly. Beside that, it is significantly smaller than my ELF gel eyeliner or other gel eyeliners. I will definetely not buy it again.




Acestea fiind spuse, sper că v-a plăcut postarea de azi și vă rog să îmi spuneți printr-un comentariu dacă doriți să fac o rubrică lunară de acest gen sau să nu mai fac astfel de postări.
